Chick-Fil-A suggests eating their grilled nuggets every 3 hours 'for healthier living'

If you're still struggling to stick to your New Year's resolution, Chick-Fil-A has a suggestion: eat their grilled chicken nuggets!

The chicken chain has printed a lifestyle tip on the side of their take-out bags recommending that customers add "one healthy habit to (their) routine(s)." That healthy habit just happens to include eating their food.

"Here’s a good one: Eat smaller meals (like an 8-count pack of grilled nuggets) every three to four hours," the bag says.

The so-called "Chick-Fil-A Diet" went viral after SBNation's Rodger Sherman tweeted out a photo of the bag.

The fast-food chain also suggested customers balance any dietary splurges with excercise.

The bag caused a buzz on social media.

"OMG there's a Chick-Fil-A diet where you eat Chick-Fil-A nuggets every 3 hours. Sign me up," writes Twitter user Charlotte Kuhlman.

Before dieters run to Chick-Fil-A to fill up on delicious nuggets, it's worth noting that sticking to the diet wouldn't come cheap.

According to INSIDE Edition, the nuggets will cost you about $3.85 per serving, and if you're eating them on an average of every 3 hours in a typical day, you would end up spending around $700 a month.

On a more positive note, the nuggets are relatively healthy with 140 calories and 3 grams of fat per serving.

Lunch is decided. #GrilledNuggets
