WESTMORELAND COUNTY, Pa.,None — The estranged husband of the former wife of 84 Lumber owner Joe Hardy wants to get out of jail eight months before his sentence is up for stealing his ex's jewelry.
Paul Ucman II is serving time for taking nearly $5 million worth of jewelry from Debra Hardy.
He allegedly took the jewels from a vault inside Hardy's Rostraver mansion in 2007.
A judge ordered a hearing on Ucman's request to be held next month.
