BRISBANE, Australia — Residents of Brisbane were startled this week when an air force plane was caught on camera flying low through the city.
Cell phone video shows the C-17A Globemaster plane approaching a high rise before swooping upward.
The Australian Air Force issued a statement Tuesday saying the exercise was planned and under full supervision of air traffic control.
