PITTSBURGH — Billy Joel will be in Pittsburgh Friday for his concert at PNC Park, but there are some things concertgoers should know before heading down to the North Shore.
In addition to road closures, parking information and the stadium gate policy, people attending the concert should be prepared for the potential for showers to pop up.
Severe Weather Team 11 Meteorologist Scott Harbaugh said skies will be mostly cloudy Friday night, with the possibility for some rain, particularly early in the evening. However, the bulk of the evening is expected to be dry.
