HANOVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Burgettstown man was killed Friday when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed in Washington County.
The accident happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. on the Route 22 offramp toward Route 18 in Hanover Township.
Police said the driver, identified by the Washington County coroner as 52-year-old Ronald Woods, was trying to negotiate an uphill curve when his Harley-Davidson crashed into a guide rail. Woods died at the scene.
