PITTSBURGH — The Mosites Co. has landed a busy restaurant for what might be its most high-profile open retail space at Eastside Bond.

Condado Tacos, the growing Columbus-based restaurant with established locations downtown, Lawrenceville and at South Hills Village, has reached a deal to take a long-available retail space at Eastside Bond. It is on the corner of the complex across Penn Avenue from Target, fronting onto a public plaza opposite BrewDog.

It’s a 4,800-square-foot space in which Condado expects to open late summer or early fall of 2022 in a restaurant estimated to employ 60 to 70 people.
