PITTSBURGH — F.N.B. Corp. is slashing 21 branches across its footprint, including 16 in Pennsylvania.
Four are located in the 10-county Pittsburgh metro, according to a regulatory filing confirmed on Wednesday by the bank, which is the second-largest headquartered in the commonwealth.
F.N.B. (NYSE:FNB), based in Pittsburgh’s North Side neighborhood, has total assets of more than $37 billion and operates in seven states and the District of Columbia. It has about 350 First National Bank branches, including 87 in the 10-county Pittsburgh metro where it ranks fifth by deposit market share.
