PITTSBURGH,None — The days may be numbered for Mellon Arena, but operators said they may raise the roof one last time.
Officials from Mellon Arena said they may open the roof up for the final concert at the Igloo.
Before it can be lifted, the scoreboard and the rigging cables that hang from the ceiling will have to be removed.
The roof at Mellon Arena hasn't been opened since 1995.
