NORMAN, OKLAHOMA — New dramatic video has emerged of a devastating tornado that moved through central Oklahoma on Wednesday.

The video was shot by a man in Norman, Oklahoma as he waited out the tornado in an underground storm shelter.
The impact of the huge twister could be seen as it bared down on the area.
The tornado destroyed dozens of buildings, vehicles and RVs.
At least 12 people were also injured in the storm.
At least 39 tornadoes were reported in the plains from Nebraska to Northwest Texas Wednesday.
