Health Department issues 'Consumer Alert' at Patron Mexican Grill

PITTSBURGH — A consumer alert has been issued at the Patron Mexican Grill on Freeport Road in Fox Chapel.

The alert was issued on Friday for improper cooling, live roaches, inadequate sanitization and improper cold holding temperatures.
