PITTSBURGH — A crew from People’s Gas is on the scene of a large gas leak in Oakland.
A construction crew struck a gas line at about 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of Terrace Street and Darragh Street.
Roads in that area are closed.
The leaking gas could be heard throughout the neighborhood.
The crew from the gas company shut off the gas shortly before 10 a.m.
