PITTSBURGH — Local stores say if anything, online lottery ticket sales are helping business.
Players online can sometimes get coupons to play again inside a physical store. The online lottery sales started about a month ago in Pennsylvania.
But are more people taking advantage of the convenience of buying lottery tickets online?
