Minutes later and just a few miles away, police were called to the 2800 block of West Carson Street in Esplen.

Investigators said the third shooting victim from the Stowe Township incident was placed into a vehicle and was being driven to the hospital, when the driver stopped on West Carson Street to call for help.

The victim, identified as Jarrell Green, 22, died before receiving medical attention. The other victim was identified at Lamont Evans Jr.

Channel 11 spoke to Evans’ brother, who said the family is in shock after the loss.

“I’m not going to lie to you, I’m not okay,” said Lamont Evans III. “We’re not okay.”

Evans said his brother “was like a father.” “It just hurts, you know?” he said. “That’s my only brother.”

“This place is just garbage because of these clubs. There are shootings going on and drug dealing going on,” said neighbor Anne Wilczak.

Police said the incident began inside Silky's Adult Entertainment Club with a fight between two groups, which continued outside with gunfire.

“There was some type of altercation in the bar,” said Lt. Andrew Schurman. “Security pushed the participants out, but they went outside and it continued.”

Police said a few people of interest are being questioned, but they are not cooperating.

Meanwhile, neighbors who spoke with Channel 11 said they want the club classified as a nuisance and shut down.

"I know someone who was fighting, and they were from this club. These strip clubs really need to go,” Wilczak said.
