Incident in Pittsburgh’s Perry North neighborhood being investigated as self-inflicted

PITTSBURGH — UPDATE: Pittsburgh Public Information Officer Cara Cruz said this incident is being investigated as self-inflicted.

Allegheny County Dispatch confirmed to Channel 11 that police and EMS are on the scene for an incident in Pittsburgh’s Perry North neighborhood.

The incident took place on Delaware Street and was reported to the authorities at 7:15 p.m.

One person was taken to the hospital.
