Fleury 'breaks in' awesome Steelers-inspired mask/pads (PHOTOS)

PITTSBURGH — Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury will wear a Steelers-inspired mask and metallic gold goalie pads Saturday night during the team’s Stadium Series game at Soldier Field.

The Penguins tweeted a photo of Fleury "breaking in" the pads and helmet at practice on Wednesday.

On Saturday night, when  Penguins play the Chicago Blackhawks, Fleury will also be wearing this helmet (CLICK FOR PHOTOS).

Stephane Bergeron, a long-time mask painter at Griff Airbrush, helped make Fleury’s mask resemble a Steelers helmet in as much detail as possible. We reached out to her, and she provided us with the pictures.

The game airs on WPXI-TV, beginning with 11 on the Ice at 7 p.m. The puck drops at 8 p.m.
