Garbage truck tips over, spills garbage in Squirrel Hill

None — SQUIRREL HILL, Pa. -- A garbage truck was damaged Friday morning when it fell on its side during the morning route.

Officials said the accident happened on the Beechwood Boulevard ramp leading to the Parkway East in Squirrel Hill.

The truck was noticeably damaged, but didn’t spill very much garbage.

Officials have not said what caused the accident or if anyone was injured.
