According to investigators, Decker worked for Rossi two days a week for about 10 months.

Police said Rossi noticed the jewelry, including a ring and necklace, was missing in November. She then went to a pawn shop, where she found the necklace and asked for records of the sales Decker made to the store.

According to police, Decker admitted to stealing jewelry starting in September and selling it to the pawn shop.
