Woman injured in ATV crash in New Castle, police looking for driver

NEW CASTLE, Pa. — A woman was hurt after she was involved in an ATV crash in New Castle Saturday evening.

According to City of New Castle police, the accident happened around 9:30 p.m. on Highland Avenue.

The ATV was driving illegally on the city street when it lost control, hit a curb and went over a hillside.

The male driving the ATV left the scene on foot but the female passenger was ejected during the crash and was taken to the hospital for her injuries.

New Castle police are currently looking for the ATV driver.
