Frank Jackson Powell-Chambers, 36, will spend the next eight to 20 years behind bars, District Attorney Mike Aubele announced on Monday.
Powell-Chambers was charged with aggravated assault after police say he beat a woman outside of Byrers Market in Uniontown in September.
Investigators said the incident was recorded by a surveillance camera.
