HARRISBURG, Pa. — A bill that would legalize medical marijuana in Pennsylvania may come before the full Senate Wednesday, after the Senate Appropriations Committee voted to release it for a floor vote earlier this week.

The Senate passed a similar version of The Medical Cannabis Act last year, but it failed in the House.  The updated bill’s future in the House remains uncertain.
