The Manor Township Police Department in Armstrong County is alerting residents that a mock accident will be staged near Lenape Technical School, 2215 Chaplin Ave, Ford City, this morning.
Temporary road closures in the area of Chaplin and Armstrong avenues were planned for about two hours starting around 8 a.m.
Emergency responders will be in the area and radio traffic will be on scanners.
It is an exercise to teach students about making proper decisions, such as not driving under the influence.
