DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A Westmoreland County couple’s home has been a Halloween attraction for years, until someone stole more than $1,000 worth of decorations from their front yard.
Bob and Barb Carney of Derry Township told Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE that eight inflatable displays were stolen last weekend.

"They were pulled out of the ground, stakes and all," Barb Carney told TribLIVE.
The couple put up a sign saying “Decorations stolen” to alert the people who usually pull off of Route 981 just to see the display.
Since then, neighbors have been donating money and new decorations.
"There are good people out there who come in times when you need them," Barb said.
So far, police have no suspects.
