Top 20 ‘Most Wanted' fugitives in Allegheny County (PHOTOS)

PITTSBURGH — The Allegheny County Sheriff’s Office has updated its list of the top 20 “Most Wanted” fugitives.

Those who have made the list did so because of the severity of their crime, the type of their crime or their criminal record, according to Sheriff William Mullen.

Mullen said all of the fugitives should be considered armed and very dangerous.

Anyone with information on any fugitive on the list is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 412-350-4714.

Below is the complete list from the Allegheny County Sheriff's Office:

  • James Garland Watts, 45, is wanted on a criminal homicide charge. Watts is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 195 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Max Boyle, 26, is wanted on a burglary charge. Boyle is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
  • Johnny Bledsoe, 37, is wanted on several robbery-related charges. Bledsoe is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Darlene Rudolph, 43, is wanted on multiple burglary-related charges. Rudolph is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 235 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
  • Brandon Hipps, 29, is wanted on an aggravated assault charge. Hipps is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Shelly Daniels, 46, is wanted on a robbery charge. Daniels is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 245 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Philip Beglinger, 27, is wanted on a burglary charge. Beglinger is 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
  • Andrew Lesko, 44, is wanted on a burglary charge. Lesko is 6 feet tall and weighs about 170 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
  • Joseph Douglas, 28, is wanted on a burglary  charge. Lesko is 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel eyes.
  • Tyrone Robinson, 40, is wanted on an arson charge. Robinson is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 165 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Jeffrey Pfoertner, 50, is wanted on a burglary charge. Pfoertner is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 245 pounds. He has gray hair and hazel eyes.
  • Marcus Vaughns, 21, is wanted on a robbery charge. Vaughns is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Monique Howard, 21, is wanted on an arson charge. Howard is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Nicholas Petrick, 52, is wanted on a burglary charge. Petrick is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 196 pounds. He has gray hair and brown eyes.
  • William Hicks, 19, is wanted on a robbery charge. Hicks is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
  • John Capretta, 31, is wanted on a burglary charge. Capretta is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
  • London Posey, 21, is wanted on a burglary charge. Posey is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 125 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
  • Cody Ceniti, 27, is wanted on a burglary charge. Ceniti is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
