The woman told authorities that she and Hogan hung out at a neighboring apartment hours before she was raped, according to police. The woman returned to her apartment after Hogan allegedly gave her a half of a Neurontin pill, saying it would help her relax.
An anonymous tip led police to the Mon View Heights apartment complex in West Mifflin, where Hogan was arrested.
Hogan is charged with rape, indecent assault and sexual assault. He was also wanted on two Westmoreland County criminal bench warrants for criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.
