Music, bocce & food: Little Italy Days returning soon to Pittsburgh’s Bloomfield neighborhood

PITTSBURGH — Little Italy Days will soon return to Pittsburgh for its 26th year!

The four-day celebration kicks off at noon Thursday, Aug. 13, in Bloomfield and goes through Sunday, Aug. 16.

Several city blocks will be filled with Italian food and craft vendors.

Thirty live music performances will grace three different stages, and Vito from “The Sopranos” will do a special Q&A.

Also, Pittsburgh stars are expected to participate in the annual Celebrity Bocce Tournament.

“Come hungry; we have plenty of Italian food vendors, celebrity bocce, three stages of live music, so come on out and enjoy yourself,” event producer Sal Ricetti said.
