CANONSBURG, Pa. — New rules in Canonsburg will restrict residents from saving spots weeks in advance of the town's annual 4th of July parade.
Channel 11's Dave Bondy reported that people can only begin putting their chairs in spots at 6 a.m. the day of the parade starting next year.
In years past, people began putting chairs out nearly two weeks ahead of time.
