MCKEES ROCKS, Pa. — Part of a row house collapsed in McKees Rocks Sunday, and neighbors are worried the whole structure could come down if strong winds roll through the region.
Neighbor Bryan Frauens contacted Channel 11 with his concerns and spoke about the moment he realized the building was falling apart.

The abandoned building is located on Shingiss Street in McKees Rocks.
“The whole place just started rumbling,” Frauens said. “We thought it was an accident up on the bridge, and then it just came down. Thank God none of the kids were out.”
Frauens said bricks from the building fell into his yard.
City workers were on hand putting barricades in place Sunday, and Channel 11 has been told the borough will try to contact the building’s owner.
The incident will also be under investigation by building inspectors.
