PITTSBURGH — Part of a building collapsed in Pittsburgh’s Manchester neighborhood.

Emergency crews were called to Manhattan Street at 1:39 p.m. on Thursday.
A wall of the brick building appears to have fallen onto the street.
Manhattan Street had to be closed.
Officials from the city say they will tear the rest of the building down on Friday.
