CONNEAUTVILLE, Pa. (AP) — State police have arrested a northwestern Pennsylvania man in his ex-girlfriend's stabbing death.
Police say they received a tip that 52-year-old Steven Altman, of Springfield Township, was a passenger in a car and arrested him during a traffic stop about 11 p.m. at the interchange of Interstate 90 and Route 6 in Erie County.

Altman is charged with criminal homicide and reckless endangerment in what police have called a "rolling domestic dispute" Wednesday evening in Conneautville.
Police say Altman was driving alongside 53-year-old Debra Eschweiler's vehicle when he got out with a baseball bat, smashed her driver's side window, then stabbed her with a hunting knife.
Altman ran away, prompting a manhunt that included a state police helicopter.
Online court records don't list an attorney for Altman, who was arraigned early Friday.
