HEMPFIELD, Pa. — A person was shocked on the campus of Westmoreland County Community College Thursday, officials said.
Few details about the incident have been released, but investigators confirmed someone was shocked and CPR was performed.
When a Channel 11 News crew arrived at the scene on Pavilion Lane in Hempfield, the power company was there.
