ATLANTA — Preparation for the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl took a little detour Monday as head coach Pat Narduzzi and a few players for the Pittsburgh Panthers surprised children at the Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Scottish Rite.

They wanted to spread some leftover holiday cheer to children who weren’t able to experience any of it at home. The players took time to talk with the children while also participating in some fun activities.

Pitt will take on the Michigan State Spartans in the Peach Bowl in Atlanta on Thursday at 7 p.m.
