Nakita Davis-Johnson's family told Lewis she was "in a house full of teenage boys."

Lewis witnessed a juvenile taken into custody by police at the scene. A short time later, he was released to his father.

Police said the juvinile was cited for having marijuana on him.

The father of the boy told Channel 11's Damany Lewis that Nikita got into a fight with a friend Monday and did not want to go home.

The young boy allowed her to stay in an upstairs room for the evening with his two brothers and a friend. The ages of the boys ranged from 11 to 16, the father said.
The boy said that they knew the girl from the neighborhood and that she told him she did not have to go home Monday night.
Davis-Johnson’s grandmother found her after she and the young boy walked to the neighborhood store.
Davis-Johnson's mother wanted her to be taken to the hospital to be checked out, and she was found to be fine.
On Tuesday afternoon, police continued investigating the home where Davis-Johnson was found.
