• Police: Off-duty officer arrested at ZZ Top, Kid Rock concert

    BURGETTSTOWN, Pa. - An off-duty police officer was arrested Saturday night after police said he allegedly got into a physical altercation with another person outside the ZZ Top and Kid Rock concert at First Niagara Pavilion.

    Authorities said 27-year-old Matthew Plummer, of Altoona, is accused of hitting Thomas Andrews in the face in the venue’s parking lot.

    Plummer was charged with aggravated assault, police said.
