PITTSBURGH — Two people were injured when shots were fired in Pittsburgh's Strip District early Saturday morning, police said.
An officer working an off-duty detail in the area reported multiple shots in the 2500 block of Penn Avenue just before 2 a.m., police said. Responding officers found two people, both shot in the arms and shoulder.

Both of the people who were shot were hospitalized. They were last listed in stable condition.
A house and several vehicles were damaged by the gunfire, police said.
Police are investigating.
