Police said there may be a possible ongoing feud between Homestead and Hazelwood after funeral programs of a 19-year-old were found in a shooting victim's car.
Police said Seth Barron was critically wounded and transported to a local hospital after he was shot in the back following a police chase on West 13th Avenue on Friday.
According to police reports, two men fled in a white vehicle and crashed into a nearby building on Fleming Street during a police chase.
Detectives said they chased the driver, Josh Bistro, 20, through Homestead and into Hazelwood, where he was arrested.
The second man ran from the crash and was not found.
Police said they found two guns while looking for the two men.
Authorities said Jamar Finn, 19, was shot and killed after bullets sprayed through his Homestead home on August 2.
According to court documents, Bistro is being charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, firearms violation, narcotic violations, fleeing and eluding police, and a number of summary violations.
