The victim, later identified as Brandon Epps, was shot in the left leg, wrist, lower back and right thigh, police said. He was taken by ambulance to Uniontown Hospital. His condition was not released.
Police were later seen outside a home on Austin Street yelling for someone to come out with their hands up. Shortly before 2:30 p.m., it was discovered that no one was inside the house.
According to the criminal complaint, Epps told police that Tommy Stargell shot him because Stargell was angry with him over a woman.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Stargell. He remained on the run Thursday night.
