Sunny and low humidity for all of Labor Day

PITTSBURGH — Today will mark three straight dry days in Pittsburgh, with plenty of sunshine and low humidity from start to finish. While it will be a little warmer this afternoon, lows are again expected to drop into the mid-50s for most of Tuesday morning.

It will get warmer and a little more humid by midweek, but the earliest we could see any rain won’t be until late-day Wednesday, mainly for areas north along I-80. More widespread showers will spread across the area after midnight and linger into much of Thursday. No severe weather or flooding concerns are expected.

We’ll get another shot of cooler and drier air for the end of the week. Weather for Friday night football looks fantastic, with temperatures falling into the 60s under mostly clear skies. Highs will rebound into the 80s again next weekend with mainly dry weather expected.
