The reinvention of Washington Crown Center has unfolded, revealing the new Franklin Crossroads Park.

The joint venture of Los Angeles-based Industrial Realty Group LLC and Cleveland-based real estate investment manager PREP Funds announced the grand opening of the 100,000-square-foot retail phase of the mixed-use repositioning of what was an enclosed mall, a construction process that has brought more of the mix of stores and other tenants out into an open-air shopping center facing Interstate 70.

Retail newcomers at Franklin Crossroads Park include a Dollar Tree store and Bacon Jam, a local restaurant moving from nearby McDonald that serves breakfast and lunch with an extensive menu.
