Man accused of sending ex-girlfriend 6,000 messages, including death threats

ROSTRAVER, Pa. — A Rostraver man is accused of sending his ex-girlfriend more than 6,000 text messages, which included death threats, Channel 11's news exchange partners at TribLIVE reported.

The affidavit said the woman repeatedly asked Harris to stop contacting her, and that she reported the messages to police this month.

"I'm coming to ur house after work and kill your parents and whole family," Harris wrote in one of the text messages, according to the affidavit.

Harris was being held in the Westmoreland County Prison Sunday on charges of stalking, harassment and terroristic threats.
