WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — A Winter Garden man had been facing a felony, for allegedly driving a full Port-O-Potty to another family's driveway and dumping it over.
The incident happened last February. Surveillance video shows a truck with a trailer pull up to a house and back in to the driveway. The driver climbs onto the trailer and appears to push off a Port-O-Potty, spilling human waste.

The man accused of dumping the Port-O-Potty, Matthew Moore, was scheduled to appear for a hearing Tuesday, but his attorney worked out a deal with prosecutors, busting the charge down to a non-criminal infraction of littering.
The victim, according to police, was a contractor who'd been doing work on Moore's house. When that contractor didn't remove the Port-O-Potty from his home by a certain time, Moore allegedly decided to deliver it to the worker's house.
Under the deal with prosecutors, Moore's punishment is a $100 fine, plus $33 in court costs.
