Man wanted for driving without license, crashing through garage

BEAVER FALLS, Pa. — Police are searching for a man accused of crashing through a garage and leaving a path of destruction during a police chase.

A warrant was issued for Kevin Goode Jr.

Beaver Falls police tried to pull him over Friday night when they recognized his car and knew he was driving on a suspended license. He took off and led them on a brief chase, about a block and half, before crashing through a garage and hitting a utility pole.

“I heard a big boom. I thought it was an explosion,” said Amber Lutes, who lives in the home. “Our cars, we have nothing to drive now and we’ve been told not to clean up or go near this.

Lee Doran was in the garage just moments before the crash.

“It’s upsetting because her car is in there and they told us we cannot do anything because the structure is not safe,” Doran said.

Goode then ran off, and police are still looking for him.
