After four years of pain, illnesses and weight gain, Anne Ziegenhorn now knows her faulty breast implants were to blame.
The woman from Shalimar, Florida, told WEAR-TV, she was misdiagnosed with a number of painful complications and was nearly convinced she had Alzheimer's.

"I felt like that was it, I was gonna die. These doctors were gonna let me die," Ziegenhorn said.
She eventually visited Dr. Susan Kolb, a plastic surgeon, who said Ziegenhorn's saline breast implants were covered with mold and had caused her continuous problems.
Kolb explained that defective valves can cause mold to form inside the implants and the effects are often debilitating.
