A man missing since January may have been killed and fed to hogs as punishment for stealing cocaine from a dealer, according to court documents.

DURHAM, N.C. — A North Carolina man who has been missing since January may have been killed and fed to hogs as payback for stealing cocaine from a drug dealer, according to a new search warrant.

Charleston Prentice Goodman, 26, of Durham, was last seen Jan. 28 when he was arguing with a group of men, WRAL reported. The men then apparently shoved Goodman into a minivan before driving away, the television station reported.

According to unsealed documents, an FBI informant said he heard Goodman was caught on video stealing cocaine from the dealer, WCNC reported. Goodman allegedly converted the drugs into cash, the television station reported.

Armed with evidence of Goodman's alleged theft of the cocaine bricks, the dealer allegedly hired a crew to kidnap him, WRAL reported, citing a confidential informant in court documents. The crew included a former friend of Goodman, a different informant said.

Goodman's mother told WCNC she heard her son crying for help.

"I saw my son being shoved into the van," Tammie Goodman told the television station. "He was fighting with everything he had. He was saying, 'Who are you, what do you want with me?’ and then when he realized I was out there he started saying, 'Mama, go back in the house, lock the door, lock the door.'"
