Pittsburgh actor Patrick Jordan shot a scene for the movie at the Pittsburgh Athletic Association.
"It was a lot of fun. I'm just a bowler who is angry that people aren't acting professional. A fight breaks out between me and another guy," said Jordan. "A lot of pushing and yelling."
Jordan worked on the set for three days. He said the cast had a great energy and the director Jim Field Smith was a lot of fun.
"He allowed the actors to have fun. It was a laid-back vibe," said Jordan. "Even though it was a DreamWorks film, it had the feeling of an independent film."
Jordan just wrapped up working on "The Next Three Days," which was shot in Pittsburgh. Russell Crowe stars in the movie. Jordan didn't get to meet Crowe. He said the one day he was on set, Crowe wasn't there.
The local actor has worked on a number of movies filmed in Pittsburgh, including "Smart People" with Sarah Jessica Parker.
"If you had kids, you'd want her to babysit for them," said Jordan. "She's sweet."
He added that SJP is very professional on set.
