Suspended Ambridge police Chief Jim Mann was accused of threatening and intimidating fellow officers. Prosecutors also accused Mann of falsifying time sheets to the tune of $65,000.

“We’re going to go to trial,” said Mann’s lawyer, Steve Colafella.

Colafella said the court ultimately ruled in their favor after a judge issued an order dismissing five of the 13 counts against Mann.

Mann was suspended without pay after officers working for his department came forward with allegations that he double and triple dipped when it came to receiving his pay over the course of 2017 and 2018 while on disability.
