PITTSBURGH — City crews rescued a portable toilet that vandals tossed over the hillside at the West End Overlook several months ago.

Rescue crews used the operation as a chance to refresh high-angle rescue skills and pull the toilet 75 feet up the hillside.
Last week, someone used an explosive device to damage a portable toilet at a construction site.
