Target 11 was there Thursday when a contractor accused of taking thousands of dollars and not doing the work faced a judge.
We discovered he's in more hot water tonight.
Channel 11 first reported on this contractor a couple weeks ago and we learned today that he's facing new criminal charges.

Rich Visk is accused of failing to show up for home improvement jobs but he did show up for a hearing on charges that he took $30,000 from a New Kensington couple to build an addition.
He waived his hearing. His attorney Andrew Stiffler says they are trying to work out a settlement.
Visk has also been sued by nearly a dozen customers for taking thousands of dollars and failing to finish projects, and Target 11 has learned that Wilkinsburg Police just charged him with home improvement fraud last week.
His attorney says he's baffled because Visk finished the retaining wall in question.
“I read the affidavit it doesn't seem like there's much there. From what I learned the work was done and completed so I'm not sure how these charges are going to stick,” Stiffler said.
