Eat'n Park restaurants are hosting a one-day fundraising event Saturday to help out children's hospitals in the region.

The One Day One Dollar effort will encourage all customers at Eat'n Park restaurants to add a $1 donation to their checks on Saturday.
The chain hopes to raise $10,000, which will all go to the Caring for Kids Campaign. The first $5,000 will be matched by Nestle Professional Vitality.
