The driver stopped at the scene, and it does not appear that drugs or alcohol played any role in the incident, according to police.

The family told Channel 11 the driver wasn't speeding or on his phone, but that a sun glare contributed to the accident.

Her family said she walked to church every Sunday and just lived right across the street.

Police said Miller died a short time later at Allegheny General Hospital.

Her family was able to be there in her final moments.
"She was going to meet the Lord in worship and she met him face to face instead,” Jane Anzaldi, her daughter, said.
Miller was proud of her family.  She had 11 kids and 55 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Police are still working to determine what, if any, charges will be filed.
