The university announced Wednesday it had reached a $5.7 million purchase agreement with Life'sWork of Western PA for the 1.2-acre site at 1323 Forbes Ave., which is at Forbes Avenue and Magee Street. The building, which will be constructed at the site, will have 12,000 square feet of classroom space, 20,000 square feet of advanced learning space, including virtual anatomy labs, simulated exam and clinical spaces.
